A mainstay of the Manchester music scene over the past 25 years, Mike made his name in the Hacienda-era, but has continued to keep his finger on the pulse thanks to his work as head of A&R at Sony BMG.
A lifelong Manchester City fan, Kevin Cummins is widely recognised as one of the leading rock photographers in the world, and has also won major awards for his work in sports and other areas of culture.
The man behind iconic record sleeves for the Pet Shop Boys, Spiritualized and the Manic Street Preachers, Mark Farrow has also won awards and massive acclaim for his work in all aspects of design work.
Currently Umbro’s CMO, Trevor has previously headed up Nike’s football marketing department across Europe, and spends his spare time following the (mis)fortunes of Newcastle United.
Another man with his finger on the pulse of Manchester’s music scene, Dave started out as a roadie for various bands, but is now to be found chairing the Manchester District Music Archive and managing bands such as Doves and Cherry Ghost.
Currently Head Of Marketing at Manchester City, Chris has played a key role in some of the iconic moments off the pitch that the club have created over the past 18 months, whilst cheering on their success on the pitch.
Alongside these regular panelists, Umbro Industries welcomes a guest panelist for each final, bringing a fresh element of expertise into the mix. Previous guest panelists include influential DJ Bobby Langley, Contact Theatre’s artistic director Baba Israel and textile developer and designer Kathryn Dale.
