Independent clothing company trying to bring the love of art, quality and affordable prices to Manchester's clothing industry.

Our website tries to bring Manchester's art and music industry together in one big happy family. We offer bands the service of branding them and doing there merch for an affordable price and screen printed by hand. We work closely with the band to make sure they are 100% happy with the outcome also offering a place for them to put up a band bio, some mp3's and a band pic with their own merch able to be purchased from their band page. Obscure wants to help bands sell there tickets through the website in the near future as promoters often make bands pay out their own pockets to put on gigs.
We also have our own label 'Obscure' and we try and create interesting designs for the alternate clothing industry. We screen print everything by hand and made with love rather than handed over to a mass corporation to press a button and print them for us.
Obscure are offering competitions in the near future for students to create there own T shirts and sell/promote the winners artwork and promote them as a designer rather than a student. We will be offering students the opportunity to come in to our studio and print there own work and learn the screen printing process and get involved in making there own artwork come to life.
Founders are Glen Caskie and Gary Harkin. Glen Graduated last year from Salford University with a first class honours in graphic design. After leaving he was thrown in at the deep end put into the roll of senior creative designer with a team of 4 running a successful online fashion company. Gary is currently in his final year at MMU studying Biology and Wildlife Conservation and lead singer of Manchesters up and coming metal band Bisonhammer.
Help Obscure bring something new and creative to Manchester any funding would help us so much.......

Amazing, one-of-a-kind designs! Its clear to see how much passion and effort has gone into the design and making of each and every tee. They each have a slightly unique and different feel from being hand printed- I ALWAYS wear mine with pride!
