VOICE Project aims to rally creative professionals across the board to use their skills for greater good in a crucial time for our very existence. We have the ability to speak to millions of people worldwide about absolutely anything. It is the people who need to speak the most who have no voice, no platform to voice their message. As one illustrator I am striving to to drive this issue home and with the help of nine other industry leading creatives, this message can be amplified across the business, a call to arms to prove that the pen is indeed mightier than the sword. Photography, Illustration, Painting, Sculpture, Writing are just a few of the disciplines that all harness the gift to speak to masses of people on behalf of those who suffer needlessly. With a groundbreaking exhibition featuring a plethora of talents, awareness of the role the creative industries can play in these times will be raised dramatically and the resulting fallout will inspire many to act. I am super passionate about what I do, my ambition is huge and I firmly believe that with the backing of the right people, I can take the design industry to new places, changing the lives of many human beings. Look around you, Amnesty, UNICEF, Greenpeace, Crisis, The Big Issue to name but a few of the pillars in helping overcome adversity for those who are helpless. These organizations are crying out for the help of creative industries and working together with them can change the world. The opening exhibition is only the beginning of the VOICE campaign and with the right support, will continue to spread and evolve for many years to come.
